Designed specifically for resurfacing eroded floors, Epoxy flooring is easier and less costly than replacing concrete.
Other benefits are limited floor downtime, restored smooth trucking surface, reduced damage to product and the elimination of many
safety problems.
Epoxy flooring is delivered in one of two forms:
Thin Coat For mildly eroded floors, features two components applied by either squeegee or roller. This floor is available in clear or gray with a typical
application of 1/25” to 1/16” (40-60 mils.) The floor has a compressive strength rating of 13,800 psi.
Thick Coat For severely eroded floors, features three components applied by rake and roller. This floor is available in neutral or gray with a typical
application of 1/16” to 1/4” (60-250 mils.) The floor has a compressive strength rating of 18,800 psi.
